The apartment has an open floor plan with a view of the mountains from the picture window in the dining area. It also has the most coveted piece of property in the area – a reserved, covered parking space!

The building is vintage, the early 1960s, and as with most beach properties along the California Coastline, this apartment is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year-round, air conditioning isn’t necessary for our beach areas.

We open the windows often as to allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool the rooms to a very pleasant temperature. The building has only three floors, so if you want to add a little exercise to your day, take the short stairwell instead of the elevator.

The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of closet space. Laundry facilities on premises but if you want to have your laundry done, there are several places nearby where you can drop them off to be washed and folded.
